Hence, the demand for labour by professional’s expertise in Engineering are increasing. However, due to various reasons there is a significant drop in the numbers of engineer population and their employment rate in Singapore. One of the reasons that cause the shortage of professionals is the lack of students starting an education in the field of Engineering. Therefore, it is an essential task to increase the number of students by reaching out and encouraging them by choosing a professional career in Engineering. A possible solution to tackle this issue, is to allow students to develop an interest by getting them to exposed to the world of Engineering. Carnival game is an acquisition and interactive learning method to engage students. Practical activities are one of the most verified and effective method to engage students. The report focuses on the process of designing and developing a carnival game known as “Rollie Bollie”. This include the details of the development in the software to the aesthetically pleasing hardware upgrades. In addition, the obstacles and solutions when developing Rollie Bollie is being addressed in this report.
