Description
Summary:The research project in this paper introduces a cost-effective wearable wireless ultrawideband sensor for accurate estimation of a patient’s gait at level ground walking in order to minimize complicated calibrations. Embedded in most wearable technologies, are a combination of wireless ultrawideband sensors such as the ultra-wideband (UWB), accelerometers and inertial sensors. A fusion of various ultrawideband sensors have been proven to create improved performance for human motion tracking due to their improved accuracy and reliability.
