Description
Summary:Methylamine lead halide perovskite solar cells have attracted a lot of research attention in recent years, which with the characteristics of high conversion efficiency, low cost and simple preparation technology. However, some factors limited the wide application of this technology, such as the environment threat coming from toxic lead element containing in PSCs, high temperature preparation of electronic transport layer TiO2 and the expensive hole transport layer Spiro-OMeTAD. In this study, we used one-dimensional device simulation method to design and analyze lead-free tin-based PSCs. First of all, the lead-free tin-based PSCs were designed and the effects of various parameters on the performance were analyzed. The simulation indicate that the lead-free tin-based perovskite solar cells would have equal or even higher efficiency than that lead-based by further optimizing the parameters and improving the fabrication process, which provided a method to solve the energy problem in an environment friendly way.
