On job training is one of the training methods which generally carried out in the workplace when employees are working, but it’s a rushed process with low efficiency and cost a period of time, even more accidents can happen during the training. The objective of this project is to design and build up a virtual training system in semiconductor industry through Virtual Reality (VR), so that training can be conducted in a more safety and visualized approach. In this project, we should apply the skill and knowledge to transfer the real factory into a virtual factory with the help of an associate develop software – Unity 3D and a set of VR device, while C# programming language is used in Unity 3D. Compared to the on-job training, training with VR based is more efficiency and more safety, and due to the convenience of the VR, training can be conducted anytime and anywhere immediately.
