In seeking to lend another perspective to the debate surrounding these key institutional drivers of globalisation, my dissertation focuses instead on the core philosophy and thinking informing and driving these institutions. Hence, detailed accounts of the workings of the IMF and World Bank lie outside the scope of my paper. |
