Summary: | This dissertation seeks to examine if the current military transformation is meaningful without a directed adversary or adversaries. In doing so, it will address if a technologically superior military enabled by the current military transformation, subordinates strategy to a lesser role or eliminates its need entirely. In arguing that strategy still rules, this dissertation will hold that military transformation has to be undertaken as strategic behaviour to attempt to address all of strategy's dimensions, if it is to offer helpful options to the strategists. |
