自约瑟夫·奈在 1990 年提出的“软实力”理论以来，近年来中国共产党也极力提 倡提升文化软实力的重要性。以中国的政治环境来看，中国共产党是政治意识形态 的传播者，他们具备透过电影向广大人民群体传播重大国家政治理念的能力。电影 沦为国家机构的政治宣传工具，通过影响人民的思想，建构人民对于国家的认同。 为了提升其文化软实力，中国注重透过电影，尤其是主旋律电影的形式来反映中国的良好形象，传递中国主流意识形态与政治思想，对内和对外塑造一个正面的 中国形象。 本论文将会把焦点聚焦在 21 世纪的主旋律电影，主要分析 2019 年上 映的电影《流浪地球》。 本论文会使用个案分析的方式，以科幻电影题材的创新、主流意识形态的构建 等课题探究主旋律电影与中国文化软实力的关系。Since the concept of soft power was raised in 1990, China has placed an emphasis on exercising soft power to increase its influence across the country. The term “main melody film,” or zhu xuanlü dianying, is used in China to describe a movie genre that is in tune with the party’s goals. The function of main melody films is to carry the social values of the Communist Party of China and their mainstream ideology to the masses. Main melody film is seemingly like a political tool used by the CCP to reconstruct people’s view of the country. In this paper, there would be an analysis on the movie “The Wandering Earth”. This essay examines the new narrative strategies employed to tell mainstream ideologies and the kinds of ideological and aesthetic connotations these narrative strategies embody as well as discuss how science fiction content have achieved considerable success.
