Strategy of global Jihad post-9/11 : between words and deeds.
This essay, in contrast, argues that Bin Laden and his partners in global jihad do think in strategic terms and they do envision a grand strategic narrative within which the disruptive consequences of their violent actions post-9/11 make sense.
