Description
Summary:Organic electronic devices have been rising in popularity as they open new doors and opportunities for technological furtherment. This is especially attributed to mechanical characteristics such as flexibility, low-cost fabrication, and bio-compatibility. This project seeks to explore the electrical performance of various organic semiconductor compounds (e.g. PFT100, PEDOT, P3HT), some with additives included to enhance the electrical performance of the device. A range of solid-polymer electrolyte (SPE) devices are also explored together with the semiconductor materials.
