Predictability of exchange rates with taylor rule fundamentals : evidence from inflation-targeting emerging countries
We investigate the out-of-sample predictability of U.S. dollar exchange rates with Taylor rule fundamentals in thirteen emerging countries with inflation-targeting monetary policy regimes.
