Surface passivation for enhancement of perovskite solar cells
This project aims to provide a comparative study on using organophosphorus ligands such as Trioctylphosphine (TOP), Trioctylphosphine Sulfide (TOPS), and Trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) in anti-solvent to passivate defects in perovskite film.
