As a result, care centres had to cope with the influx of dementia patients.Professionals and caregivers face a lack of support system for caregiving, and they face tremendous amount ofstress. Hence, the PEAR application was developed to support and aid professionals and caregivers in providing person-centered care for dementia patients. It allows them to access all information of the patient on a single platform to plan and make decisions for the patient’s wellbeing.The objectives of this project are to maintain and improve the PEAR application in terms of the user interface and user experience. This includes the fixing of the existing application and extending functionalities that hasyet to be materialized.Throughout this project, interfaces and experiences of the application were also reevaluated and improved according to the best practices and guidelines. Fixing and updating of the existing pages were documented. With all the new improvement made, it will enhance the capability of the application.
