If neglected in this rise of ageing population, it will lead to consequences such as increased financial dependency on the rest of society [3] and overwhelming of our healthcare system [4]. The researchers at the Joint NTU-UBC Research Centre of Excellence in Active Living for the Elderly (LILY) have thus proposed System for Assessment and Intervention of Frailty (SAIF) [7]. The personalized intervention plan proposed by SAIF includes various separately developed games and applications and routine physical check-ups. These activities are conducted by various caregivers such as medical professionals and community caregivers. This project builds a web application that provides a centralized platform for these caregivers to easily store, edit and access the participants’ intervention schedule, performance and progress. It includes an automated scheduler and other activity management features which will also help the caregivers to run the activity center more smoothly. These features assist caregivers to provide better quality care and consequently, the elderly participants will have a more pleasant experience in carrying out their personalized regimen. All in all, this project supports SAIF’s vision of achieving an ageless aging society.
