Billions of new videos and audios data are uploaded every day. Some videos have close captioning, which allow a wide range of audience to understand the video. To cater to a larger audience, many producers or content developer will include a subtitle or close caption. Some choose to do manual transcription while others make use of speech recognition technology to perform automatic transcription. There is much software in the market available that provide automatic transcription services. However, some software can perform both real-time transcription and video/audio transcription while others only either of them. Furthermore, some of this software can only transcribe the English language and none of the software allows code-switching.
