Summary:In this final year project, we are looking at the transmitter used for Wireless Local Area Networking. This transmitter prototype that will be designed is based on IEEE802.11a standard using Orthogonal Frequency Division Modulation. We will be using this transmitter to fulfill our objective for this project, which is to design a transmitter to evaluate the performance of a receiver from Lyrtech. Currently we have only one receiver hardware. Therefore we need to use a transmitter of different manufacturer.
