Summary: | The project is to design a Nested – Current – Mirror Operational Amplifier with Rail – to – Rail Output swing. The design is with reference to the paper written by Yan, Mak, Laws, Martins and Malobeti (2015), which consist of the basic structure of the Nested – Current – Mirror Operational Amplifier with a single output. Design of a biasing circuit is required to bias the Nested – Current – Mirror Operational Amplifier. The design of the circuit uses 55nm CMOS technology which differs from the research paper that uses 0.18µm.
In this report, the design of the Operational Amplifier, simulation results and various findings is discussed. |
