Curiosity, fascination, frustration, addiction and the hunger for satisfaction — these are the myriad of emotions embedded within my memory of the water ring toss toy. Instead of telling a narrative story with an underlying message, the goal of the film is to capture and recreate the moods mentioned and hopefully connect with viewers via shared nostalgia.
