Summary: | Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) allows seamless power transfer from the source to the load
without any use of cables or contact. WPT benefits can be seen in our daily lives such as
wireless phone charging, elimination of bringing bothersome cables around, ensuring better
convenience and flexibility of use of charging devices. This project aims to design a good
feedback control system for WPT system to realise stable and accurate power control. The
mathematical model of WPT is firstly being studied and the developed models and control
algorithms are then verified in simulation tools e.g. Matlab/Simulink or PLECS before they are
eventually being tested in the prototype system developed in the lab. |
