Fault detection and diagnosis of the electrical machine is important for the health and safe operation of electrical machines to prevent unexpected breakdowns. This paper studies the existing condition monitoring technique to propose the development of a wireless vibration sensor for an inductor motor. The student will be responsible for the development of a Graphic User Interface to allow transmission of data from the sensor to the device through Transmission Control Protocol and Internet Protocol, to display the data into a graph chart.
