Firstly, globally consistent stabilizability of SBNs is equivalently converted into local (one state) pointwise stabilizability of ALNs, under which all suitable finite-time switching signals can be designed. Then the method is generalized to design stabilizable TVOF switching signals. Finally, to show the effectiveness of obtained results, two types of stabilizability of a shift register are discussed.
