Different components of waste streams originate from many sources such as residential and industrial waste. Furthermore, these wastes come in all sorts of form solid, liquid and gas. The space available for landfills is becoming limited and new options have to be found. Construction waste is the one major source that requires a vast area of space to contain. It is becoming a vital problem and should be investigated. Hence, in this report, the main focus will be on the largest portion of waste which is construction waste. This report studies the behaviours of construction waste management policies across the globe, accompanied by live examples and actual statistics. Through this report, we will uncover the concept of construction waste management and the various methods of construction waste management adopted by different countries. The results of this report is based on information collected over a range of medium like the internet, journals, interviews and reports so as to collate a wide spectrum of insights. After filtering through all these information, we will be able to highlight the important issues regarding construction waste management. This will help construction firms cut down on their expenses through recycling, reusing or reducing their construction wastes and in turn, save Mother Earth.
