December surrounds two main characters; an Indonesian domestic helper and
a Singaporean taxi driver. Individually from very different backgrounds, they
share similar expectations in their struggle, searching for love and ideals of life
in Singapore. On December 26, 2004, the characters’ lives are interweaved
and converged abruptly to reveal the sacrifices each of them must now come
to face. |
