Description
Summary:Ground-penetrating radar(GPR) has been utilized in recent studies of tree root parameters over the years. It is less labor-intensive and less time-consuming, making it favorable over traditional methods such as excavating. GPR data acquisition is usually done manually but there are studies in different fields exploring automated data acquisition which produced positive results. The objective of this project is to develop an automated data acquisition product using a motorized system with a wooden chassis. Though a prototype has been developed and tested, more improvements can be done for actual data acquisition
