description |
The Mid-Infrared (MIR) Semiconductor Laser is very popular, high in demand and
has been developing at a rapid pace during the last few decades due to the
importance of their wavelength range in the electromagnetic spectrum. The reason
for its popularity is that it can offer a wide range of applications such as photonic
sensing for the environment, defense and homeland security, health monitoring:
breath analysis and gas sensing applications.
The usage of a newly designed compact single mode tunable laser for gas sensing
applications will be investigated in this research paper. The purpose is to investigate
the many characterizations of mid-infrared lasers used for gas sensing measurements,
such as current, voltage, and spectrum characteristics. Make comparisons between
existing technologies and the newly developed laser technology at the same time. It
is critical that by the end of this study, you have a better understanding of the various
types of lasers, their functioning principles, and their applications. |
