With the growth of importance in holistic education, interactive learning serves an essential role in the life of students. Interactive learning is critical in engaging students and sharpening their critical thinking skills during the learning process. It is a comprehensive strategy that includes both physical and digital components. It is primarily constituted of student involvement and virtual learning technology. The main goal of interactive learning is to ensure that the learning process may entice learners' interests, monitor their progress, and steer them to their desired outcomes. Study found that interactive activities are 6 times more likely to help students learn. With the use of Android Studio software, an Educational Mobile Application can be constructed to provide new learners with a compiled fundamental education package on creating a LED animation. More advanced learners may modify the sample code exemplified in the application to explore and create more possibilities at their own pace. Furthermore, a hardware of 7x8 LED Matrix is created to increase interactivity during learning. With the help of Bluetooth Low Energy feature, they can interact and control the hardware created by using the LightBlue Application. This develops a mixed learning environment with software and hardware implementations that allow users to learn by seeing, feeling, and then making their own prototypes after learning. This Final Year Project Report concentrates on the software or hardware interactive learning for creating animations using LEDs.
