Some are filled with advertisements that impacts user experience, others block certain features that requires payments to access. In this final year project, a scientific calculator called “CALX” is developed for individuals in the engineering field. The creation of this calculator application developed by students provides a more accurate solution to the demand of stable scientific calculator. The application is developed using Google’s open-source framework toolkit, Flutter which utilizes the Dart language. Flutter is one of the leading software development toolkits in the market used by various companies in the industry due to its flexible utility and functionalities. The paper addresses the integration of scientific and mathematical functionalities in an algorithmic approach using programming.
