Description
Summary:Living in this fast-paced society, we are often occupied with multiple things at once. When we get overwhelmed by the number of tasks at hand, maybe it's time to take a step back and connect with our inner child, bringing ourselves back to the simpler times. Playing is an activity that we all enjoyed when we were kids. It taught us how to interact with the world and provided us with hours of fun. However, as adults, we do not play as much or be playful because it is viewed as being childish or unproductive. In fact, play does not only improves one's mental well-being but also encourages creativity in the long run. By focusing on the childlike quality of playfulness in adults, this project explores the idea of bringing out the inner child through play and thus enhancing one's mental well-being.
