Given the importance of digital inclusion within the community, this study seeks to examine the extent of Singapore’s digital divide by analyzing the usability of smart nation initiatives among the elderly, specifically healthcare-related ones. The efficacy of current strategies in managing Singapore’s digital divide and the areas for improvement will also be explored.
