Description
Summary:The objective of this study was to investigate if there was a need for Competitive Intelligence (CI) in law firms. If there was a need for CI law firms, it attempted to explore whether the perceived need was explicit, transparent and readily recognized by legal practitioners or whether it was embedded in regular activities and workings of a law firm. In addition, it further attempted to identify the infrastructure or internal capabilities and resources which were most suitable in law firms to satisfy the perceived needs for CI.
