Thus, in order to review the issue of fault analysis and select appropriate ratings for the circuit breakers, a Graphical User Interface (GUI) was designed based on MATLAB GUIDE in this dissertation. With the aid of the GUI, users can perform load flow calculations, short-circuit analysis and circuit breaker ratings selection by entering the related data of the power system.
