Evaluation of e-referencer, an expert system interface to online library catalogues
This study compared and evaluated the EREF and the NTU library online public access catalog (OPAC). Users of traditional OPAC rely on skillful application of Boolean operators to refine searches so as to retrieve relevant documents.
