Summary: | This study focused on the analysis of changes over time in growth rate and microcystin content of varied phosphorous and iron level for Microcystis aeruginosa PCC7806 (Access No CS548) and Anabaena flos-aquae lemmermannii (Access No. CS548). Many analysis, considerations and adjustments were done to improve on the experiment setups. The best experimental setup which gave the most satisfying results was chosen from the comparison of the three experiment setups proposed. During this process, several simple but important techniques were learnt in order to make the experiments successful. |
