新加坡作家黄凯德近几年受到很多的关注，学术界中也逐渐开始在研究作家。黄凯德通过了写作，在他作品中体现出多元化的记忆场域。在文本中体现出记忆所系的复数性。他的近期作品《dakota》、《小东西》、《风吹草低》探讨了记忆与地方、物件、集体记忆的关系，以及权力者如何控制集体记忆。他的早期作品《代志》、《跳死为止。》也展现了记忆、叙述和身份之间的复杂关系，以及对于权力者的批判。在《修订版》以文字作为记忆载体，记录了自我和群体的记忆。 Singaporean writer, Wong Koi Tet, has received much attention in recent years, and the academic community has gradually begun to study his works. Through his writing, He had reflects a diverse range of memory sites, revealing the plurality of memory in his texts. His recent works, Dakota, Little Things, and Wind Blows Grass Low, explored the relationship between memory and place, objects, collective memory, and how those in power could controlled the society collective memory. In early works, Incidents and Till Death, We Dance, also demonstrate the complex relationship between memory, narrative, and identity, as well as criticism of those in power. In Revised Edition, he uses texts as a site of memory, reflecting the memories of the self and the group.
