Exciton-polariton electroluminescence from electrically driven halide perovskite metatransistors
We report strong coupling between excitons and photonic bound states in the continuum in electrically driven perovskite metatransistors. Electroluminescence directivity is tuned by the drain-source voltage, which controls the recombination zone within the transistor channel.
