Description
Summary:Singapore is fast reaching superaged status and caregivers face an increasing burden providing for the elderly while managing work responsibilities. This project aims to develop a full-stack mobile application for caregivers to monitor the general well-being of the elderly. At the same time, it should enable elderlies to care for themselves on a daily basis even without the constant presence of a caregiver. To do so, research was done on areas such as colour contrasts and typographies to ensure good user experience for elderlies who are known to struggle with technology. Finally, this project also explored the integration of smart wearables such as the Fitbit into the application.
