The Student Selection System (SSS) is in charge of allocating FYP projects to students and is intended to streamline the allocation procedure, shorten processing time, and get rid of any errors that might have occurred with manual allocation by the FYP coordinator. In order to accomplish this, an external contracted software engineer was hired to create the SSS with complex algorithms, thus reducing the need for manual allocation and minimizing human errors by automating the entire process. The Student Selection System (SSS) is closely integrated with the FYP Examiner Allocation System (FEAS), which was created entirely by past batches of FYP students assigned to this project. The FEAS automates the allocation of examiners, dates, times, and locations to FYP projects which are dues for assessment. By automating the allocation process, the FEAS reduces the time, effort, and potential for human errors that might occur with manual allocation by the FYP coordinator. After the SSS and FEAS were established, it is now the responsibility of current and future FYP students to maintain the systems and to improve them. The Masters Professional Internship (MPI) system was created in order to help streamline the allocation and assessment process for the professional internship of MSCS (Master of Science in Cyber Security) students. By streamlining these processes, the MPI helps to reduce the effort and time required by the PI coordinator. The objective of this FYP is to build on the work of the previous batches of FYP students, keep up with the maintenance of older systems, start development of newer systems and propose system enhancements.
