This assignment is focusing to solve the problem which the students face in understanding the semiconductor concepts. The scope of this assignment is creating a few animations of electronic and optical processes in semiconductor. Some of the processes were demonstrated like generation and recombination at thermal equilibrium, generation and recombination with optical illumination, scattering of a single hole, scattering of a single hole in the presence of electric field,scattering of multiple holes and scattering of multiple holes in the presence of electric field.
