Description
Summary:This paper proposes a system for image processing of crops using IoT (Internet of Things) technology. The system consists of an array of sensors including ESP32-CAM that capture images of crops and send them to a central server. The images stored in this server are then processed using machine learning algorithms in Python to detect diseases such as chlorosis in the crops and estimate the leaf surface area of the crops over a period. The system also includes a mobile application known as Telegram messenger that allows farmers to monitor their crops and rectify technical difficulties in early stage. The proposed system has the potential to revolutionize the agricultural industry by enabling early detection and prevention of crop damage, leading to increased yields and improved crop quality.
