The paper starts out by outlining each analysis technique's. The relevance of using numerous analysis approaches to understand investment prospects in further detail is then covered in the study. The report follows with a case study that shows how these methods were used to assess a particular investment opportunity. In this case study, market patterns and trends are identified using TA, financial and economic data from a corporation are analyzed using FA, and the impact of recent occurrences is evaluated using NA. The analysis' findings are subsequently put to use in order to make wise financial choices. The paper continues by assessing the investing strategy's success over time and contrasting it with the performance of the Singapore iEdge Real Estate Market Index.
