Despite the surge in their cost [1], demand for integrated circuit (IC) chips has continued to grow substantially over the years. IC design is a fundamental aspect in the development and manufacture of modern electronics and with that, the IC design industry continues to play a crucial role in developing chips that solve real-time analog and digital problems.
Motion control devices remain a vital element of everyday life even though they may not be so evident. Examples include home robots, Internet of Things (IOT) locks, kitchen appliances, camera gimbals, and smartphone camera control. A common usage of motors is in the automotive industry. Throughout the years, IC design plays a critical role in advancing technology and enabling the development of more efficient, powerful, and affordable electronics. These technological breakthroughs have revolutionized the automotive industry by enhancing users’ safety and reliability while allowing them to achieve a more dynamic and comfortable experience. |
