Summary:This Final Year Project covers the Final Year student’s design of bandpass filter for 5G system. The bandpass filter was designed in microstrip type filter utilizing coupling approach with center frequency of 28 GHz. The specifications of 28 GHz bandpass filter was worked on with assumptions where needed and its necessary features were calculated with available equations and formula. Then the final design parameters and configurations were been simulated and optimised with AEDT HFSS.So this report was concluded whether the simulated values of the design have achieved favourably by comparing with calculated values of filter’s specifications.
