Software/hardware interactive learning for understanding operating region for MOSFETs
This project aims to develop interactive learning software/hardware to understand the operating region of MOSFETs. The project consists of two main components: interactive learning software, which will be in the form of an e-learning website, and hardware, in the form of a do-it-yourself (DIY) circu...

The project consists of two main components: interactive learning software, which will be in the form of an e-learning website, and hardware, in the form of a do-it-yourself (DIY) circuit, complete with instructions. The website is designed to facilitate vivid visualisation and comprehension of previously hard-to-understand concepts and content. The website also includes a quiz section to evaluate learners’ understanding, which is a valuable tool for students to test their knowledge and identify areas where they may need further study. The DIY circuit provides a hands-on way for learners to apply the theoretical concepts covered. Overall, this project provides a comprehensive approach to learning about MOSFETs and their operating region. By combining interactive learning software and hardware, videos, DIY circuits, and quizzes, students can gain a deeper understanding of MOSFETs and their application in power electronics. The project's flexible platform allows for a personalised learning experience, which accommodates different learning styles and preferences. The project is an excellent resource for students interested in MOSFETs and can be used as a supplement to traditional classroom teaching or as a standalone resource for self learning.
