Despite its popularity, there is still limited literature specifically on EV car-sharing. Recently, consumer behaviour and acceptance have overtaken infrastructure design as the focus of research in the car-sharing space. Therefore, following the latest research trends, this paper aims to investigate the expectations of EV car-sharing users via stated-preference survey methods; and study the existing operational patterns of EV car-sharing providers using detailed spatial analysis methods in QGIS. A case study on BlueSG - Singapore's most prominent EV car- sharing provider - was carried out to juxtapose the disparities between user expectations and operational patterns in the EV car-sharing space.
