In these domains, RFID technology holds the promise to eliminate many existing business problems by bridging the economically costly gap between the virtual world of IT systems and the real world of products and logistical units. In this project, the author was to develop a web-based application for RFID business/geographical information presentation and enhance various part of the Fosstrak EPCIS system. This will help in business information delivering, support enterprise database management system and improving the .Net connectivity with Fosstrak EPCIS. Through the course of the project development, the author was also work on additional project and task such as enhancing client to server performance of Fosstrak EPCIS by developing a custom client java library, Simple GPS Data Generator and the documentation of Fosstrak EPCIS conversion guide and technical presentation to SIMtech personnel.
