Description
Summary:Executing a film production varies from country to country for a myriad of reasons. This report aims to highlight my experience as a cinematographer on the short film, Two Weeks In July (2023). I will be breaking down the production process in three main parts (pre-production, principal photography and post-production). My contribution in this cross-border production between Malaysia and Singapore will be elaborated through positive outcomes and reflections for future productions. This report emphasises on the importance of proper planning in the pre-production stage, while tying back to the philosophy of evoking creativity when working on a tight budget, minimal equipment and crew members.
