The project is based on the logline, "When Lou, the timid, company misfit, builds a miniature model of her office space, she discovers that it has magical abilities that give her control over her architecture firm." The film explores the complexities of workplace culture and its effects on an individual's sense of self. Throughout this report, I will be exploring the process of bringing this story to life, from the initial concept to the final product. As a producer, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production, from pitching for grants to casting and managing the budget, scouting for locations, coming up with the schedule, coordinating the flow of the production period, and pitching for grants. I will discuss the challenges I faced during the production and how I overcame them, as well as the successes that came with bringing this unique and thought-provoking story to the screen.
