Description
Summary:“Plastics & Me'' is a speculative installation that brings viewers into the lives of microorganisms. Creating an experience that engages different senses, viewers are encouraged to rethink about the idea of consumerism, and how their actions are affecting marine wildlife. Looking into the world of planktons, I wonder how they might be affected by the single-use plastics humans made. With the on-going and contentious debate on marine pollution, is there really a need to save the ocean? And how far have we gone to put the lives of other organisms at risk under the name of human advancement?
