As a matter of fact, learning is the only way to adapt to the fast changing pace of the society. Everyone needs to learn, whether it is to do well in school, stay competent, or just to get a promotion. We can all understand the importance of learning, and therefore, the importance of training and teaching is self-implied. Effective training will undoubtedly increase the efficiency of one's learning ability. However, there is not enough research done on how to deliver training more effectively. More importantly, very little research had been done on how to effectively train a person to achieve a breakthrough. In the 21 century work environment, data and results are the focus of most employers. Employees are expected to be able to adapt quickly and improve constantly, especially in lines of work such as Air Traffic Controllers, Clinicians [1], and Public Relations. These jobs requires employees to react quickly and be adaptable to different strategies. Being stuck means that employees' task capability is not improving, and this is detrimental to their performance score. Hence, suitable methods of training should be given to help them achieve a breakthrough.
