subject areas and the design and management of information services that meet the strategic information needs of the individual or group being served. This study’s main objective was to seek out a refined list of Core Competencies of Information Professionals required for all the main types of industries and knowledge based enterprises in Singapore that utilises the services of Information Professionals, by seeking the views of the Top, Senior and Middle Management running and managing these commercial private sector companies and public sector organizations. |
