Thus, social network site like wiki and blogging become the new trench of the internet. Currently, internet users have to login to different services for different purpose. A one-stop solution or portal will be an ideal solution to users to update themselves on what is happening in the web. Besides, human are social by nature; features like RSS and Wall have shown the desire for individual to keep track on friends’ activity and interest in order to share a common topic. In the project, the different ways of generating news feed in Facebook is being examined. This project also taps on the news feed function in Facebook to broadcast the content and having implementation of Blog Reader to demonstrate the outcome of the research. The implementation of Blog Reader not only aid many individual to update on their friend’s status but also allow user to keep track on those people whom your friends is tracking. This may also aid user in expanding their social network.
